Join us for a creative hand-stamped jewelry workshop with maker and jeweler Kathleen Care, on Thursday April 11, 2019 at 7:30pm.
Workshop will take place at Mosaic Makers Collective, with snacks & drinks provided, at 410 Market in the Bishop Arts District! In this class, we will teach you techniques to make personalized hand-stamped jewelry using brass, copper and aluminum. Beginners welcome. All materials will be available the day of the class: hammer, steel block and metal letter and number stamps. You will leave with one hand stamped necklace with 2 pendants of your choice in shape; disc and/or bar. You can stamp a date, initials, words or names.
Your ticket includes:
- A 1.5 – 2 hour workshop with jeweler Kathleen Care
Two 20 gauge stamping blanks in your choice of metal: aluminum and/or brass; and shape: disc and/or rectangular.
One copper practice blank
One 18″ chain in your choice of gold plated or silver plated brass metal.
